In 1985, Robert Levin created the first Ashton cigars with the expertise of the world-renowned Fuente family. From the beginning, Ashton pursued the mission of crafting consistently high-quality cigars that would be available everywhere. Today, that mission is fulfilled: Ashton cigars are among the most sought-after premium cigars worldwide. To celebrate this success story, Robert Levin and Carlos Fuente Jr. joined forces to create the Ashton Estate Sun Grown (ESG) line. This limited edition was launched in 2005 to mark Ashton’s 20th anniversary, with new formats added over the following three years.

The ESG features a unique wrapper grown exclusively on the "Chateau de la Fuente" estate in the Dominican Republic—used for no other cigar. The blend was developed by Carlos Fuente Jr., a master blender renowned for crafting some of the world’s most beloved cigars. The ESG is a reflection of his decades of experience and intimate knowledge of the finest tobaccos.

Due to the rarity of the tobaccos used, the ESG is produced in strictly limited quantities.

Taste: Rich notes of leather, refined spice, and subtle pepper define the start of this flawlessly rolled cigar. After just a few draws, nutty caramel sweetness unfolds. A highly complex, full-bodied smoke with elegant and nuanced aromas.
