Capítulo II A new chapter of strength. Following the success of the legendary Chapter One, the story continues – with the La Flor Dominicana Capítulo II. In 2014, Tony Gomez, son of LFD founders Litto and Ines Gomez, presented his second masterpiece. Like its predecessor, the Capítulo II features the iconic Chisel format – that unmistakable head shape that resembles a fine chisel tip and ensures a perfect, concentrated draw. But inside, it writes a completely new chapter: A Colorado wrapper from Nicaragua with a slight reddish shimmer, rich in oils and flawlessly smooth, encases an H-2000 binder from Ecuador and the finest Dominican filler tobaccos.
Even in the cold draw, notes of raisin, cedar, and pepper unfold before the first puff unleashes an explosion of coffee, roasted nuts, and dark chocolate. The Capítulo II is powerful, spicy, yet surprisingly harmonious – a cigar with depth and finesse. The flavors develop layer by layer, accompanied by a leathery earthiness and a hint of sweet spice that lingers until the creamy finish. Handcrafted in the Dominican Republic, the Capítulo II tells the story of tradition, innovation, and unwavering passion – written in smoke and aroma.
