An aromatic blend of medium-bodied Burley and sweet Virginia tobacco, refined to an old Danish recipe with sweet vanilla notes.

Characterisation:
Because the Meine Mischung Gelb (i.e. My Mixture Yellow) is available in both, a larger pack for the stock, as well as in a pouch, so that you can easily put it in your pocket. The medium- and black-brown tobaccos are cut a bit wider and frizzy, with occasional interspersed leaf ribs. In the tobacco fragrance natural hay aromas mingle with the slightly sweet, but not intrusive vanilla casings. The Meine Mischung Gelb is not overly humid, but tolerates a short pre-drying.

Plugging:
By sorting out the bulky leaf ribs, Meine Mischung Gelb can be plugged as usual for loose Mixtures. After a relaxed beginning, you end with gentle pressure and thus achieves a uniform burn.

Light up:
If smoothening the surface gently with the tamper after the first flame, the second flame produces a uniform glow and the Meine Mischung Gelb burns until the end of the filling.

Smoking  properties:
The smoke of Meine Mischung Gelb is mild and fine-spicy, characterized by toasted notes in which the used vanilla flavor mixes constantly. Not intrusive, but accompanying and supporting the natural spiciness with gentle sweetness. However, you should, as usual with flavored tobaccos, make sure to keep the pipe cool because the smoke can otherwise tingle something on the tongue. If one observes this, then the aroma accompanies the filling up to the last third. Then the base tobacco becomes spicier, before the Meine Mischung Gelb leaves only some condensate and medium gray ash for cleaning.

Redolency:
The redolence of Meine Mischung Gelb is clearly marked by the sweetish vanilla aroma. Since many non-smokers associate this with pleasant pipe scent, the tobacco should not attract attention in tolerant society.

Conclusion:
The medium- and dark-brown Meine Mischung Gelb is a bit carelessly mixed, but with a little bit of attention relatively easy to handle. Due to the moderate strength, as well as the mild aromas, the tobacco is also suitable for beginners. The spicy Meine Mischung Gelb dispenses with too strong vanilla aroma, but leaves the natural tobacco aromas enough space and is only gently sweet as a support. If you are not looking for an oversaturated aromatic, you will find in Meine Mischung Gelb a finely flavored tobacco for every occasion, which also pleases the environment with a pleasant scent.
