Centenario is known as "The Spirit of Costa Rica," a country in Central America that is considered a bridge between all American cultures. In this paradise, where one can find 5% of the world's biodiversity and unique weather conditions, surrounded by oceans, extraordinary rum has been created for over 50 years under the direction of Master Blender Susana Masis.

Smell: Notes of wood, spices, citrus fruits, and caramel emerge. Vanilla is also perceptible.
Taste: Caramel notes that blend perfectly with citrus, spices, and wood, making it smooth and very pleasant.

Ron Centenario 9 Grados is a tribute to the location of the only rum cellar in Costa Rica. Positioned on the 9th parallel north, it is a place that serves as a bridge of biodiversity. Here, flora and fauna coexist, with an ideal climate for the maturation of rum in American white oak barrels. Previously, a Speyside Scotch whisky matured in these barrels, imparting citrus and caramel notes to the rum.
