Fee Brothers was founded in 1863 by the four brothers Owen, John, James, and Joseph Fee, who are also featured on the labels of the bottles. This logo symbolizes the combination of the old with the new, roots with descendants, and the good ideas of the past with those of the present. The company, now in its fourth generation, produced bitters even during the Prohibition era to improve the often poor quality of home-distilled alcohol. Aztec Chocolate Bitters Aroma: Strong notes of cocoa and dark chocolate. Taste: Oily consistency with a sweet and slightly bitter character. Cocoa and chocolate notes.
