A gently-sweet blend based on sugar rich Virginia tobaccos, fermented in the press, they where cut to a flake after further maturation storage and finally splitted ready to smoke. The natural Virginia sweetness blended harmoniously with the subtle hint of vanilla of a Black Cavendish, from which one was added a pinch to deepen the largely tobacco-genuine taste. A small portion of Broad Cut Virginia loosens the picture and promotes the slow, even burn, cool smoke with a very pleasant, unobtrusive scent in the room.
The Virginia Sunset is a uniform light-, medium- and dark brown mixture, whose constituents are cut in rather broad and long fibers. The aroma that rises from the freshly opened can is sweet and fruity, almost alcoholic and reminiscent of oranges with cloves. The tobacco is so well conditioned that it can be plugged immediately.
The Virginia Sunset can be easily accommodated in the pipe. Just start soft on the bottom and getting tighter to the top. Of course you should not proceed too coarse, but this tobacco forgives even this mistakes of beginners.
The Virginia Sunset can be lighted up as simple as plugged. If one makes an effort to ignite the whole surface and is careful when smoothing the embers with the tamper, a single flame is sufficient for unadulterated smoking pleasure until the end of the filling.
The Virginia Sunset acts in smoke fresh but not too light, delicate sour yet spicy. Declared by the manufacturer vanilla used in Cavendish is hard to taste, rather a pleasant light fruit sweetness that suggests a basic tobacco of quality Virginias. The main component of Virginia is also responsible for ensuring that the Virginia Sunset should not to be puffed heavily, because the tobacco otherwise tingles on the tongue, as may happen in Virginia tobaccos often. Smoked cool joins the sour-sweet notes, reminiscent of fresh bread, a almond-like nuttiness. It remains light gray ash and almost no condensate, which makes cleaning as simple as the preparations.
The room note of Virginia Sunset is as promised by manufacturer unremarkable, slightly sweet and should not be bothersome in society.
The Virginia Sunset is a wide and long cut mixture with uniform parts in light, medium and dark brown. The fresh, sour-sweet flavors from the tin are also found in smoke again, which is not heavy and so is suitable for any time of day and even for beginners - if it is possible to keep the tobacco in the pipe cool. So easy it is to plug and ignite, it wants to be smoked with some attention, otherwise it will tingle on the tongue. Pay attention to it, so the Virginia Sunset shows a good-natured smoking behavior and delights with a harmonious interplay of nutty flavor and delicate fruity sweetness that is found favour in both novice and more experienced smokers who are looking for "something by the way".
