Mina Pipe

Ideapipes is a cutting-edge pipe brand. The founder Mr. Shao Zhixiu entered this field in 2010. Initially, he simply imported and sold the briar wood and related accessories from Europe to China. At around three or four years of development, the company gradually began to step into the finished pipe market, and registered the trademark of Ideapipes in Italy and China. Until 2021 all Ideapipes pipes were from Italian foundries. With the accumulation of experience and technology, coupled with the already established supply chain, Mr. Shao Zhixiu decided to formally produce the products himself. Ideapipes adopts the world's most advanced CNC five-axis numerical control machining technology, which realizes front-end production automation, precision, and error control within 0.02mm. With the cooperation of many pipe factories in the world, we have also learned a lot of post-processing methods, which help to manufacture the product with exceptional quality. At the end of 2022, Mina Li, Mr. Shao Zhixiu's wife, officially established the Mina Pipes studio, being registered in Italy and China at the same time. This brand mainly focuses on freestyle pipes. Because of the abundance of raw materials, Mina Pipes can choose better quality briar wood with more beautiful wood grain, and then combine the wood grain to make an excellent freestyle Pipe.

Jerez ventured to try and bring smoking to Europe, becoming the first smoker in Europe. Smooth Pipe

in order to highlight these beautiful and natural patterns and bird eyes, the smooth surface of the bowl is flat and smooth, and the handshake is as warm as jade. It it usually colored with light paint and brown wax to enhance easthetics and protect the outer wall of the bowl. The most common treatment is to have no defects or stains on the surface of wood. Although coloring and waxing can hide some small flaws, they can reveal admirable and beautiful patterns.

Sandblasting Pipe

The history of using sandblasting machines to treat the surface of pipes in the world can be traced back to around 1900. At that time, due to the special machinery and additional labor required for sandblasting, the retail price was opposite to the current price, which was higher than that of smooth pipes. Sandblasting removes small areas of defects or stains through small surface treatents, leaving a hard and magniticent texture on the sorter part of the bucket surface. Therefore, the grain like relief is distinct and spectacular, so the sandblasting bucket wood itselt must have special grain characteristics.

This production process uses small diamond sand to spray away the softer wooden parts on the surface, leaving relatively hard patterns, and showcases another beauty of the patterns with a slightly rugged surface shape.
