Aged for a minimum of 15 years in American oak barrels, previously housing "Don Guido," a renowned Pedro Ximénez Sherry with a certified age of 20 years. Its color resembles old, gleaming mahogany and ebony. Fragrances of raisins, plums, and vanilla emerge, with a hint of well-tended noble wood in the aroma, reminiscent of the long years of maturation. Complex and majestic on the palate, yet lightly oily and velvety, it indulges with a prolonged aftertaste.
