My Mixture 965
English with Latakia
Medium to strong
Cavendish, Oriental, Latakia
A brown Cavendish gives the naturally sweetness. Bright Oriental tobacco and small leaves of Latakia provide for coolness and a nuttily taste. Classic, English, medium.
The 965 is a medium brown mixture of different tobaccos. The cut is mostly fine with varied length, mixed with some ripped leaves. The smell indicates definitely Oriental and Latakia, whereby the sweetness of Cavendish is also cognizable. Fresh opened the tobacco feels slightly dampish.
The tobacco could be plugged very well with every suitable method for mixtures. In due to the different, rather fine cuts it’s recommended to take care that it’ll be not plugged too compressed.
My Mixture 965 could be light up easy, whereby the tobacco tends a little bit to straighten up. With one or two flames and dampened down with the tamper, it’ll glow constant to the end of the filling.
Burning down is constant and – if smoked slowly – cool. Immediately after lighting up the spice of Orient and Latakia is dominating, mixed with a light nuttily and sweetly taste. With a little bit attention regarding the temperature, the 965 is glowing down without any problems with less condensate to a balance of medium grey ash. The taste is rather constant up to the end.
The redolence is typical English, dominated by Latakia and Oriental. In fact of that the 965 is rather recommendable to societies of enthusiasts of that kind of smell.
My Mixture 965 is a high-quality representative of English tobaccos with Latakia. Fine cut mixed with ripped leave guarantee an easy handling. The burning behavior is very good with not too much tend to get too hot and less condensate. The included Cavendish soften the spicy taste with a little bit sweetness – but the redolence is definitely dominated by Oriental and Latakia. Depending of the smoker’s sense this tobacco is medium to strong. Over all it’s a recommendation for enthusiasts of English mixtures. Beginners should taste it very carefully.
