If you want to appreciate the exotic form more, you can give a few loose fibers at the bottom of the pipe, then some crushed or folded Curlies and finally for a better flame acceptance some loose fibers again.
Light up:
The Club Blend Roll Cake can be fired with two flames well. However, it must be noted that the compressed tobacco straightens under the flame and the surface should be smoothed using the tamper to correct this.
Smoking properties:
First, notice that the Club Blend Roll Cake burns very hot. For this reason it is not really suited for outdoors, where squalls endangers pipe and aroma of tobacco. Afterall, it takes some practice and experience to keep the tobacco cool. It's worth it though. Slowly smoked develope the Club Blend Roll Cake a creamy and lush smoke. The aroma is complex, ranging from mild perfume note on hints of wholemeal biscuits and even a slight sweetness can be tasted. The flavor used is discreet and well controls only the sweetness, because all in all the tobacco is very natural. Despite the heat development the tobacco does not tend to gargle and so in the end only light gray ash with some unburned crumbs and surprisingly little condensate remains.
Redolency:
The room note of the Club Blend Roll Cake although it smells of real tobacco, but sweet and should therefore act inconspicuously in a tolerant society.
Conclusion:
The Club Blend Roll Cake is a Curly-tobacco whose slices are light brown, with golden speckles and a dark brown core. Due to this particular form and also the attention demanding smoke properties the tobacco is not appropriate for absolute beginners. Here, the Club Blend Roll Cake is not too strong or too overwhelming in its flavors. If it is possible to smoke it cool then it is truly tobacco, with a sweet hint of wholemeal biscuits that make it appear suitable for any occasion.
