The Rocinante convinces with an unbelievable softness, an extreme fullness, which is by no means exuberant, but discharges itself in a perfect bouquet. A bouquet that shines in its entirety, a bouquet in which there are only team players. Team players who master the perfect balance between pleasant sweetness and nutty spiciness. Velvetiness and fullness give it depth instead of a uniform taste. The Rocinante convinces with its well-balanced taste until the last puff.
Characterisation:
If the round tin of Gran Reserva Limitada 2 Años Rocinante is opened, you will find a cover sheet under the paper rosette that lists the tobacco varieties contained. The sheet has absorbed excess moisture and is slightly wavy. The Ready Rubbed smells of orange larded with cloves. It is predominantly medium brown with some darker inclusions. The cut is fine and short and, thanks to the wrapper, is so balanced in terms of residual moisture that it can be plugged immediately.
Plugging:
The fine Ready Rubbed can easily be brought into a pipe that is not too small. As is usual with this tobacco preparation, one should not put too much into the pipe or press too hard so that the Gran Reserva Limitada 2 Años Rocinante has room to develop.
