Aroma: Clear, with delicate aromas of breakfast cereals, cream, orange peel, and apricot.
Taste: On the palate, a hint of peach and cream with flavors of sweet spices and oatmeal. In the complex finish, the toasted barrel notes come to the fore.

This is not your typical blended whiskey but a refined blend of Irish grain and malt whiskeys aged for a minimum of six and up to ten years. They come from first and second-fill bourbon barrels, resulting in a very balanced, flavorful whiskey with creamy notes of cream, orange peel, and a sweet spice.
