Characterisation:

The Gaslight is not very moist, so the fibers, prepared as a ready rubbed, accept the flame well: after the first flame, press gently, fire again, then the Gaslight will burn permanently.
Smoking properties:
As expected from the cold scent, the Gaslight is smoky. It is strong and has an exciting spice profile. While the Virginia still appears with typical roasted bread aromas, this is joined by the unusual notes of black coffee and dark chocolate. At times it is even reminiscent of smoldering oak wood. In the background there is the Latakia with an ethereal note of incense, which is accompanied by a delicate sweetness. The burning process is so undemanding that you can let this taste work its magic on you in peace. The ash that remains is fine and light, so cleaning is hardly any effort.
Redolency:
Since the Gaslight contains Latakia and the other tobaccos are not mild, you should be considerate of people who might feel disturbed.
Conclusion:
The Gaslight is a plug tobacco aimed at experienced smokers who like to get grips with this original form of tobacco. Everything else is pretty easy. If you like strong tobaccos and are not necessarily looking for a companion for the earlier hours of the day. Because the Gaslight is a distinctly smoky and spicy tobacco that delivers coffee and dark chocolate aromas. Ethereal Latakia and fine natural sweetness remain in the background. The exciting yet balanced play of aromas is aimed at everyone who appreciates English tobaccos and is looking for something special.
