Montecristo is the most famous and one of the most popular Habanos brands worldwide. Since 1935, Montecristo has set the standard by which many cigar lovers judge other brands.

The perfectly balanced Montecristo blend consists of the finest filler, binder, and wrapper tobaccos from the Vuelta Abajo region – home to some of the best tobaccos in the world. The brand's premium cigarillos are also made from 100% Cuban tobacco and are available in Mini, Club, Puritos, and, since September 2020, also in the Short format.

Montecristo holds a leading position both in the premium cigar and premium cigarillo markets globally and remains one of the top sellers in the German specialty trade.

Now – and once again only for a limited time – the new, eye-catching and far-from-classic Design Editions are available in Mini and Club formats. The metal tins appear in a modern design featuring a triangular geometric figure in red, yellow, and orange as a focal point, offering a fresh interpretation of the legendary Cuban brand’s logo.

The classic Montecristo packaging design has been reimagined in a unique way, though the cigarillos and their retail price remain unchanged. Production is carried out exclusively in Cuba by ICT – Internacional Cubana de Tabacos in Havana, the country’s premium cigarillo manufacturer.

Both editions are available only in limited quantities and only while supplies last.
