Manufacturer Description:
A jet-black blend of Black Cavendish and a pinch of spicy tobacco, flavored with sweet liquorice and subtly rounded with cherry flavor.

Characterisation:
The Cherritz hides in a small round tin with a pull-off lid and also has a handy plastic lid for resealing. The tobacco is a very dark brown, almost black mixture, which is cut in rather long fibers and acts elastic and almost a bit damp. Tobacco scent is not perceived, but a strong sweet, slightly earthy and alcoholic aroma of cherries.

Plugging:
The Cherritz is very easy to stuff, despite its apparent humidity: starting loose and become tighter while getting up.

Light up:
As well for the plugging, despite slight moisture the Cherritz can be ignited so easily that a prior drying is not necessary. One flame is sufficient and the tobacco burns. If you like you can smoothing with the pusher over the embers, but that's not really necessary.

Smoking  properties:
The Cherritz is not as intense in flavor, like the fragrance suggests. The smoke is pleasantly lush, with a spicy-sweet note. A slight tingling sensation in the nose warns smoking this tobacco too greedy, because even if it does not tend to gargle, it can become a bit sharp. The cherries are in the background while the used spicy tobacco is directing. This surprises, however, it is not a disadvantage if you previously preferred natural tobaccos. Smoked the Cherritz aware and cool manages to catch a hint of kirsch, liquorice is more of a supportive nuance. Smoking the Cherritz should calm anyway, because it glows quite quickly and then only light to medium gray fine ash remain,s which makes little cleaning effort.

Redolency:
The room note of Cherritz is sweet and could even noticed entirely pleasant by companies that pipe smoke are not averse.

Conclusion:
The Cherritz is a very dark, almost black Loose Cut, which smells for sweet cherries. In the lush, quite strong to be designated smoke this flavor is pleasantly understated, while spicy-sweet flavors dominate. The Cherritz is thus no aromatic of the intrusive species. If it succeeds smoking the Cherritz cool, it will know how to convince, both beginners and lovers of natural blends, because of its ease of use and its average strenght that is not loaded.
