Manufacturer Description:
Promising a unique smoking experience, this blend of first choice Virginia, Buley and Black Cavendish is crowned by a wonderful Amaretto aroma.
Characterisation:
The tobacco is a mixture of cuts with different widths and partially ripped leaf, with a colour scale form yellow to dark brown. The length of the streaks is equally manifold. The well conditioned tobacco feels mellow, but not dampish. By opening the tin the definite but unobtrusive amaretto aroma will spread immediately.
Plugging:
The Sunset Breeze is in spite of the different cuts and lengths easy to plug. It should be a little bit more watched to get an even filling, but any suited method for mixtures could be used.
Light up:
The tobacco could be light up easy with one or two flames. It tends a little to straighten up, but will glow without any problem after dampened down and relight with another flame.
Smoking properties:
At first the aromatic character dominates this tobacco. Thereby the flavour is pleasurable dosed, but eliminates nearly any taste of tobacco. The mixture glows down good-natured with less condensate and without to tend to get too hot. During a filling the aroma definitely slows down, but last noticeable up to the end. Even if the aroma decrease the taste of tobacco is rather not noticeable, what’ll make it a little bit dull. The Sunset Breeze is mild and light and glows down to a balance of brighter grey ash.
Redolency:
The redolence is dominated by the amaretto aroma. The unobtrusive smell is pleasing for the surrounding, what’ll make the Sunset Breeze suitable for most societies. Even if the flavour slows down in taste the smell oft the redolence is constant until the tobacco dies down.
Conclusion:
The Sunset Breeze is a typical aromatic society tobacco. The handling is easy and the burning behavior without any problem. It develops only less condensate and glows down good-natured to a balance of bright grey ash. The taste of the aroma slows down during the filling, but it’s smell is rather constant in the redolence. A tobacco which is suited for beginners, but for enhanced smokers perhaps a little bit too unspectacular.
