The Indaba is a Mixture that is difficult to squeeze into common stencils. Medium-strength ready rubbed Virginias, robust Kentucky tobaccos and darkfired Virginia, give the Indaba its unmistakable flavor. A blend with beautifully shaded, pleasant sweetness and spice. A creamy smoking pleasure away from the ordinary.
In the round tin with pressure lid, the smelling sweet for hay and slightly dry apricots Ready Rubbed can also be stored for a longer time. The dark brown pieces are long but narrow cut and have light and black brown inclusions. The moisture is good for a pressed tobacco, just before smoking, you can let the tobacco dry a little.
Since the Collaboration Indaba is a Ready Rubbed, one should be careful not to fill the pipe with too much tobacco and too tightly, as pressed tobacco is usually prone to rising.
As is usual for a Ready Rubbed you need several flames for a constant glow. However, with some skill in dealing with this type of tobacco, the Indaba Collaboration will require a first flame and, after smoothening the surface with the tamper, another flame, then the tobacco will burn unproblematically until the end of the filling.
From the beginning, the Indaba Collaboration meets the expectations one can have of a tobacco blend with Kentucky. The smoke is lush and vigorous. Especially the light pepper note is typical of the spicy Kentucky. The Virginia contributes to toasted bread notes, which, together with the Kentucky flavors form a balanced, but unfussy tobacco flavor. The burning is very easy for a Ready Rubbed - hardly ever you have to use the tamper to gently press the embers. The remaining light ash and hardly any condensate make the cleaning very easy, too.
Above all, due to the content of Kentucky, the redolency of the Collaboration Indaba is tart and spicy with pure tobacco, so that the Collaboration Indaba recommends itself for a smoking too or tolerant society.
The dark brown, sweet-scented Collaboration Indaba is a well worn Ready Rubbed that is as easy to plug as to smoke. Its flavors are unfussy and are especially for Kentucky lovers. In addition to the roasted bread aromas accustomed by the Virginia, strong, spicy notes dominate, which, in spite of the soft, voluptuous smoke, can sometimes be peppery. So the Collaboration Indaba is not necessarily a novice tobacco, but for more experienced smokers an uncomplicated and above all unpretentious enjoyment.
