GBD – A Name with a Long Tradition

In 1850, gentlemen Geneval, Bondier, and Donninger founded a pipe factory in Paris. Later in the 19th century, they partnered with the English firm Oppenheimer & Co., leading to the creation of briar wood pipe models. These pipes, emblematic of GBD, still stand today as icons of the English lifestyle and tradition.
