CAO Bones What could be better than smoking a cigar with your best friends, enjoying a refreshing drink, and playing a good game? Long ago, at the time when the game was invented, both dice and dominoes were made from ivory and sometimes animal bones. This was the inspiration CAO brand ambassador Rick Rodriguez and his Nicaragua-based CAO team used for their latest creation. “Bones stands for the best times of our lives. Time spent with friends, grilling, playing games, having good conversations, enjoying a cold beer, and just kicking back,” said Rodriguez.
Both the name CAO Bones and the terms Chicken Feet and Blind Hughie reflect expressions commonly used in a domino game. Bones, made at the STG Estelí factory in Nicaragua, features a dark Connecticut Broadleaf wrapper, a Connecticut Shade binder, and a filler blend of Nicaraguan, Dominican Piloto, and Honduran tobaccos. This combination delivers a consistent burn and a medium to full-bodied taste that even the experienced aficionado will appreciate. Taste: Complex, with notes of wood, nuts, and vanilla.
