E. P. Carrillo Since Ernesto founded »EPC Cigar Co.« together with his children in 2009, many top cigars have left the »Tabacalera La Alianza« in the Dominican Republic. He followed his unique tobacco instinct and let the wrappers age for two more years! This decision was rewarded by »Cigar Aficionado« with a phenomenal rating of 96!
