This distinctive shape integrates harmoniously into the existing VILLIGER 1492 series, adding a striking vitola to the lineup. The term "Campaña" refers to an entire cultivation and harvest cycle of tobacco within a given year. To preserve soil health and ensure high-quality tobacco, our farmers harvest only once annually.
The VILLIGER 1492 is among the most popular premium long-filler cigars on the German market. Its mild and aromatic blend is especially appreciated by aficionados. The filler comprises tobaccos from the sun-kissed Cibao Valley in the Dominican Republic. The binder originates from Indonesia, and the Ecuadorian wrapper provides a harmonious finishing touch. However, the tobacco composition isn't the only highlight. The VILLIGER 1492 also stands out due to its exclusive formats, which make the series exceptional. With the VILLIGER 1492 Campañas, the eighth format joins the selection of special vitolas, such as the Short Perfecto or the Long Panetela. On June 3, 2025, the VILLIGER 1492 Campañas will be launched simultaneously in Germany and Switzerland.
