Tres Delincuentes Connecticut The Cavalier Genève "Tres Delincuentes" presents itself as a visually striking and bold series. This multifaceted collection expands the cultural dimension of Cavalier Genève in an impressive way and tells a story that goes beyond mere smoking pleasure. The name "Tres Delincuentes" comes from a 1996 song by the California hip-hop group Delinquent Habits and holds special meaning for the company. "Some time ago, Brian, Eylin, and I were in the car on the way back from a morning on the tobacco fields of Jamastrán, Honduras, to our factory and were discussing the future," recalls Sébastien Decoppet. "At that moment, a song was playing on the car radio, and two words immediately stuck in our heads: 'Tres Delincuentes.' The three of us looked at each other at once and felt, 'That's it!' After a hearty laugh, we returned to the factory and immediately began to plan 'Tres Delincuentes' together. It was meant to be an interpretation of us three as individuals, representing what Cavalier can be, influenced by art and music."
The collection consists of nine different cigars, made up of three distinct blends, each offered in three identical formats. All versions share the same foundation: an Ecuadorian binder along with a carefully composed filler blend of tobaccos from the Dominican Republic, Honduras, and Nicaragua. What differentiates the three lines are their characteristic wrappers: Ecuadorian Connecticut, Honduran H-2000, and Mexican San Andrés. Each of the three blends represents one of the company’s key figures, illustrated artistically on the inside of the box lid. The Connecticut variant is adorned with the portrait of Sales Director Brian Motola, while the H-2000 blend features the face of Eylin Decoppet. The Maduro edition completes the trio with the likeness of founder Sébastien Decoppet. Taste: The "Tres Delincuentes Connecticut" delights with a smooth, silky smoke, marked by a pleasant, dry woodiness with nuances of nut.
