La Historia Silk - Toro 152 mm / 20.6 mm / Box of 10
Perez-Carrillo La Historia Silk – Strong as silk, as flavorful as history
Lissette Perez-Carrillo presents the La Historia Silk. Supported by her daughter Skye, representing the fifth generation of the family, this special cigar was created through a democratic approach: female cigar enthusiasts and retailers chose from three wrapper options – the Ecuadorian Habano-seed emerged as the winner.
Crafted at the in-house Fabrica Casa Carrillo in the Dominican Republic, the 6 × 52 Toro features a nearly silk-smooth surface and striking red-and-gold bands. While the cold draw suggests mildness, the first puff surprises with distinct spice: white pepper and bitter espresso, before creamy cedar, peanut shells, and coffee beans dominate. In the second third, creamy hay and grainy earth develop into primary flavors, complemented by cocoa nibs and floral sweetness. The finish stays true to these notes, while honeycomb sweetness and bitter chocolate round out the complex profile.
This strictly limited edition is available in Germany with only 250 boxes – a statement in elegance and power for discerning connoisseurs.
