The Perdomo 20th Anniversary series is crafted using tobaccos that have undergone at least eight years of aging. This line was awarded Nicaraguan Cigar of the Year 2014 by Cigar Journal and represents the traditional craftsmanship of the Estelí-based factory.
The Perdomo 20th Anniversary Connecticut Gordo features an eight-year-aged Ecuador Connecticut wrapper, which receives an additional 8 months of bourbon barrel finishing. This wrapper is blended with Nicaraguan binder and filler tobaccos (H-2000) that have also been aged for eight years.
In this large-format Gordo, this long-filler provides a structured tobacco profile with woody characteristics and a steady draw. A technically precise product from Nicaragua for enthusiasts of mature tobacco compositions.
