The Bourbon Barrel-Aged series from Perdomo Nicaragua is crafted using tobaccos that have undergone a minimum of six years of aging. A key feature of this line is the specialized finishing process, where the tobaccos are stored in charred American white oak bourbon barrels to develop a defined aromatic profile.
The Perdomo Nicaragua Bourbon Barrel-Aged Connecticut Epicure features a six-year aged Connecticut wrapper from Ecuador, which received an additional 8 months of bourbon barrel finishing. This wrapper is combined with Nicaraguan binder and filler tobaccos, which have also been aged for six years.
In the classic Toro format, this long-filler provides a distinct tobacco character with woody notes. A technically structured product from Nicaragua for enthusiasts of mature tobacco compositions.
