TOSCANO® Master Aged is a hand-rolled TOSCANO cigar with extra aging and a unique production process overseen by a specialized “Affinatore” (refiner). Four elements make TOSCANO® Master Aged a special cigar that stands out from any other:

1. The long and meticulous aging process, which always lasts at least 360 days, with the cigars stored in special “aging cellars.”
2. The constant care by the “Affinatore,” a very experienced cigar blender who must regularly ensure the aging process, humidity level, and temperature.
3. The special shape of the cigar and the larger ring gauge, which provide a full-bodied yet rounded flavor.
4. 100% Dark Fired Kentucky tobacco with a longer drying process.

Italian and American tobacco, blended in various wrapper and filler combinations, give each cigar its unique taste and smoking experience.

The new Master Aged Series 4 features a dark and homogeneous wrapper made from Italian Kentucky tobacco, which, thanks to an innovative micro-fermentation process, gives body to the smoke without ever being overly aggressive in flavor. For this, the wrapper is stored in special rooms at very high and constant humidity and temperature for about ten days after the fire-curing process.
