The idea to create the Eiffel Tower Pipe was born on 15 March 2007, when I sketched out several pipe designs inspired by the tour d´Eiffel in Paris. My original intention was quite simple – to manufacture the most exquisite, splendid and spectacular pipe ever. The archives of Alfred Dunhill are filled with wonderful artefacts created over the last one hundred years, but little did I foresee then that this would be the first step in a magnificent and far-reaching project, unique in the history of this company. During the long journey of its manufacture, it became increasingly evident that this project would extend well beyond excellent pipe making as we were creating the most elaborate and luxurious product ever made by Alfred Dunhill. Alfred Dunhill Abu Simbel Pipe
The two Abu Simbel temples were built in Nubia in the southern part of Egypt near the Sudanese border during the reign of the great pharaoh Ramses II (1279 – 1213 B.C.) from approximately 1264 until 1244 B.C. Carved into the rock of the hills near the Nile River the twin temples were monuments to celebrate the successful battle of Kadesh and as lasting memory to both Ramses II and his wife Nefertari. Over the centuries the temple complex became covered by the desert sand and finally was forgotten. It was only in 1813 that the Swiss explorer and Orientalist Johann-Ludwig Burckhardt rediscovered the top part of the larger temple. Product news >>
Alfred Dunhill Junior Pipe Gadgets
The current range of Junior pipe gadgets is extended by 4 new models:
- All steel
- Black resin & Gold Plate
- Green Canvas & Gold Plate
- Tan Canvas & Steel
All models are precision engineered. The all –steel model responds to the prevailing trend for all-white finishes, while the black & gold-plate model addresses the more traditional customer. The two Canvas models present a novelty factor. The attractive material is manmade, but could be mistaken for being exotic leather. Originally developed for the computer industry, they offer the distinct advantage of being very robust yet extremely light with less than 10 grams of weight (half of the all-steel gadget). Alfred Dunhill Bulldog Pipe Caddie
The Bulldog Pipe Caddies complement the product launch of our Bulldog theme. These are pipe furniture inspired by the ‘Pipe Caddy’ from our 1920’s catalogues. In 1878 the Bulldog Club was founded, the oldest single breed specialty club in England. It promoted a breed that underwent a dramatic change from the formerly savage warrior dog to a very docile, friendly and gentle, yet still courageous animal perfectly suited as a family pet and show dog, which is what very much defines the British Bulldog of today.
An initial request from Japan for smaller and functional pipe and tobacco pouches that can be easily carried ‘on the body’ (i.e. in the inside pockets of jackets) resulted in the development of 4 products – two Holster pouches and two tobacco pouches.
Available both in White Spot and Terracotta leathers Product news >>

Alfred Dunhill Companion Set
WHITE SPOT CENTENARY
PIPE COMPANION SET
When Alfred Dunhill started to manufacture its own pipes in 1910, he laid down that every pipe was to be fitted with a hand-made Vulcanite or Cumberland mouthpiece for each individual bowl. Fitted correctly, those mouthpieces are perfectly aligned to the stem. From 1912 onwards a small white dot made from ivory was inserted to mark the top of the mouthpiece, thus facilitating for the user the correct re(positioning) of the mouthpiece onto the pipe to customers and staff alike. Alfred Dunhill Titanic pipe
No other ship in history has captured the world’s imagination more than RMS Titanic.
Conceived by Lord Pirrie, financed by US financier John Pierpont Morgan, and designed and built by naval architect Thomas Andrews and managing director Alexander Carlisle from ship builders Harland & Wolff in Belfast, Ireland, White Star Line’s Royal Mail Ship (or Steamer) TITANIC was constructed to become the largest and most luxurious passenger steamship in the world.
Abraham Lincoln (February 12, 1809 – April 15, 1865) was the 16th President of the United States, serving from March 1861 until his assassination in 1865. He led the country through the terrible American Civil War and succeeded in preserving the Union while ending slavery and promoting economic and financial progress. Lincoln was from poor family background and mostly self-educated. He became a country lawyer, an Illinois state legislator, and a one-term member of the United States House of Representatives, but failed in two attempts at a seat in the US Senate. Lincoln secured the Republican nomination and was elected president in 1860. He was inaugurated as 16th President of the United States of America on 4th March 1861. Product news >>
